Wall St profit up, but NYC budget in peril-comptroller

June 5 (Reuters) - Wall Street, the bedrock of New York
City's economy, earned $7.3 billion in the first quarter, a
"significant rebound" from a $2 billion loss in the fourth
quarter of 2011, the state comptroller said on Tue sday.
